We head south, following the course of the Santa River in the heart of the Huaylas alley. During the ascent on the paved road, we will make our first stop at the beautiful Querococha Lagoon, where you can appreciate breathtaking landscapes and take incredible photographs. You will also be able to observe a geological fault that resembles the map of Peru.
Continuing our journey, we will pass through the Cahuish tunnel to finally reach the archaeological complex. There, you will have the opportunity to visit the ruins and the museum, as well as enjoy a delicious lunch before returning to Huaraz.
